To keep the Boys & Clubs of the Columbia Basin operational through the end of 2024, Group14 donated $85,000 and challenged local partners in Moses Lake to match the amount. We are proud to announce that with our partners, we’ve reached a total donation of $175,000, which will support at least seven Boys & Girls Clubs programs, four extended care sites and more than 600 young individuals.

The advanced silicon battery materials factory site tour and press conference featured Washington State Governor Jay Inslee, U.S. Department of Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, and U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell.

They discussed APEC and US economies’ ongoing strategies to collaboratively accelerate clean, sustainable, equitable, and inclusive energy transitions in the United States and abroad.

In May 2023, Group14 hosted 33 EU delegates at our HQ in Woodinville, WA to tour our BAM factory and discuss how we’re scaling the manufacturing of advanced silicon battery materials worldwide.

The one-million-square-foot factory will be home to the world’s largest factory of advanced silicon battery materials for EV programs to meet global decarbonization targets.

Group14 has commenced delivering silicon battery materials to ATL from its commercial-scale BAM-1 in Washington State to power the next generation of smartphones and beyond.
